Lisbon (LPPT): vACC Portugal provides charts at http://www.portugal-vacc.org/pilots.php Save the charts on your computer, it will be easier for you to access them.

Recife (SBRF): http://www.aisweb.aer.mil.br/aisweb/cartas_aeronauticasMain.do Keep "indicador de localidade checked, then type SBRF in one of the boxes and click on "Consultar".... A list of charts for Recife will come up. Click on the chart you need. Save the charts on your computer, it will be easier for you to access them.
